One room / loft attic in a clean and sober home. No drinking and no drugs including pot. House mates are in the AA program with good recovery time. I have 37 years.
The attic loft is in 3 sections. small sitting area. living area and a small bedroom. MUST be able to climb stairs UP and DOWN.
This is a month to month rental with no contract or lease you are my guests and helping with the bills. You must also be a clean person who is willing to do their share of the house cleaning.
$500 is due the last day of the previous month so i can pay the owner of the house on time. You don't pay in full on time you don't live here... you bring alcohol or drugs into the house ... you don't live here. I am very serious about this. If you drink or use then this is NOT the place for you.
Across from Mayfair Mall off Douglas Street a 2 minute walk to all buses. On a quiet dead end street. No overnight guests without consent from all house mates. Single person room.
